From 02/04/08 - 18/12/08: 3000 Euros per week
From 19/12/08 - 03/01/09: 7300 Euros per week
From 04/01/09 - 14/04/09: 6600 Euros per week
From 15/04/09 - 18/12/09: 3200 Euros per week

Rates are subject to a 11.5% administration fees

Conditions:

• Minimum villa rental is one week, two weeks over the holiday period and there is a limit of two persons per bedroom. Additional nights are prorated at 1/7th of the weekly rate
• Daily Maid Service Except for Sundays & Public Holidays
• A 30% deposit is required within 2 weeks of booking, with the balance due 60 days before the arrival date
• Once deposit is received, if booking is cancelled before 60 days prior then 1/3 of the deposit would be returned.
• If cancelled between 30-60 days prior then the 30% deposit would be forfeited.
• If cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival then full pre-payment would be forfeited.
• We would advise taking out travel insurance
• This villa is not recommended for children except for non-walking infants
