Reservation
Shoulder - Spring – Summer - Low Season :
50% deposit is required upon written confirmation and receipt of our credit card Authorisation Form duly signed. The balance is due on departure.
A minimum of 5 nights is required if your stay includes Thanksgiving Day.
Peak Season:
50% deposit is required upon written confirmation and receipt of our credit card Authorisation Form duly signed. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
A minimum of 10 nights is required if your stay includes either Christmas Eve or New Years Eve.
High Season:
50% deposit is required upon written confirmation and receipt of our credit card Authorisation Form duly signed. The balance is due on departure.
Cancellation
Shoulder - Spring – Summer - Low Season :
30 - 15 days prior to arrival - The 50% deposit will be forfeited.
14 - 00 days prior to arrival - The 50% deposit and the balance will be charged of the total stay.
Peak Season – High Season:
60 - 0 Days – The 50% deposit and the balance will be charged of the total stay.
High Season:
60 – 30 Days - The 50% deposit will be forfeited.
29 – 00 Days - The 50% deposit will be forfeited and the balance charged of the total stay.
Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be notified in writing to Les Ilets de la Plage and will take effect on the day received by the hotel.
Any changes to arrival or departure date will incur a penalty.
In case of a no show or an earlier departure date the original reserved stay will be charged.
We highly recommend our clients take travel insurance against any unforeseen incidents and cancellations

SÉJOUR MINIMUMS
7 nuits pendant la période de Thanksgiving (7 nuits incluant le jour de Thanksgiving)
10 nuits pour un séjour pendant la période du 19 Décembre au 3 Janvier.
ARRHES
Toute réservation doit être confirmée avec 30% d'arrhes.
Les réservations de Noël seront confirmées par 5 nuits d'arrhes. Solde payable 60 jours avant l'arrivée.
En cas de changement des dates d'arrivée ou de départ, les peénalités mentionnées ci-dessus seront appliquées.
Nous vous conseillons de souscrire une assurance en cas d'annulation tardive.
