(Alternatively you may print and fax this form to the number below or telephone us.) We will respond as soon as possible and will let you know if we are able to confirm your booking request. Once you have a confirmed booking with us, and with your prior approval, we will charge your credit card with the appropriate deposit.

Please note that because of our intimate size, any cancellation or late modification affects us significantly and we therefore operate a strict cancellation policy. We duly advise you to take out travel insurance.

Cancellation Policies

In General:

30 -15 Days - 3 night
15 - 00 Days - Total Stay

For Peak Season:

60 - 00 Days - Total stay

NB - Bookings made within these periods are subject to the same conditions.

Minimum Stays

7 nights for the Thanksgiving period (means any 7 nights including Thanksgiving Day)
10 nights for the Festive season (any 10 nights between Dec 20 - Jan 4th)

Deposit

All reservations must be secured with a three night deposit and/or 30% for stays over 7 days. Festive Season bookings must be secured with a 5 night deposit, with balance payable 60 days prior to arrival. Check-out time is 12 h00 noon and Check-out time is 3:00 pm (15h00). We will always try to accommodate you as rapidly as possible if you arrive earlier than this, but please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of your room unless you reserve from the night before. Please advise us of your expected arrival time and your flight details wherever possible.
